Red Velvet Dragon

The dragon reflects burst damage — indirect and damage-over-time effects win. Poison stacking with defense shred is the established approach.

Avatar of Destiny

Crème Brûlée is the designed counter, amplified by ATK SPD support. Debuffs are punished by Destiny Reversal, and HP Shields are mandatory to survive Destiny's Doom.

Living Abyss

Damage flows through the Licorice Ooze adds — wide AoE plus chained incapacitation (Weakness stacks) clears highest.

Machine-God of the Eternal Void

Debuff-immune but weak to Water — the Seltzer Stinging Fizz + Menthol Gas Explosion combo is the centerpiece of every top clear.

How this list is made

The starting point for this edition was the tier list in HyRoolLegend's video. It is a reference, not a reprint — the Cookie Book author re-ranked a number of cookies from their own play, so every placement here is ours, and so is any disagreement with the original. Cookies are grouped into a tier rather than ordered within it, so nothing is implied by the order inside a tier. Base and awakened forms are ranked separately, because they play differently. The Arena and PvE chips on a cookie say which modes it is a pick for; one chip means one mode.
