Wrath of the Commander cannot be dispelled and stacks up to four times. At maximum stacks, Tea Knight Cookie will become resistant to interrupting effects.

Whenever an allied Cookie falls, Tea Knight Cookie will gain two stacks of the Wrath of the Commander buff. Whenever the Cookie uses his skill, he will deal True Damage proportional to the target's Max HP and Stun them. Targets immune to Stun will receive additional damage. When Tea Knight Cookie defeats a target Cookie, his Cooldown will decrease, and some of his HP will be healed. With the Magic Candy, Tea Knight Cookie will briefly become resistant to interrupting effects when using his skill.
