Get in touch
The Cookie Book is run by one person, and that person reads everything that comes in. There is no ticket queue and no support bot — an email gets to me directly.
Email me
This is the right address for everything below, and the only one I monitor for the site. I aim to reply within a few days; anything covered by data protection law I answer within 30 days, as the privacy policy commits to.
Please put what it is about in the subject line — "wrong ability text on Pure Vanilla" gets dealt with a lot faster than "hi". If you are reporting something broken, the page address and what you were doing when it broke is usually enough for me to reproduce it.
What to get in touch about
- Something on the site is wrong
- A stat, an ability, a treasure effect, a code that no longer works, a tier placement you think is indefensible. Corrections come first — this is the most useful mail I get, and it is never a bother.
- Something is broken
- A tool that will not load, a build that will not save, a page that looks wrong on your phone. Tell me the page and your browser and I can usually find it.
- A feature you want
- Requests genuinely shape what gets built next. The roadmap shows what is already queued, so you can see whether yours is on it before writing.
- Your data, your account, or your privacy
- Access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, export it, or delete your account outright. The Your choices section sets out every right you have and how each one works.
- Advertising on the site
- Questions about the ads, or about the cookies they set, are answered in the advertising section of the privacy policy — including how to turn personalised ads off. Anything that section does not cover, email me.
- Copyright, takedowns and rights
- If you own something that appears here and you want it removed or credited differently, say so and I will act on it quickly. That applies to community-uploaded content too.
- Moderation and community content
- Reporting a published guide or team build is fastest from the Report control on the item itself. Email me if a report has not been acted on, or if something needs escalating.
- Business, press and partnerships
- Advertising enquiries, collaborations, or anything commercial. Same address — put "business" in the subject line.
Discord and social
For a quicker back-and-forth, or just to see what is being worked on, the community channels are the place. Anything formal — data requests, takedowns, business — should still go by email, so there is a record of it.
What I cannot help with
The Cookie Book is a fan-made project with no connection to Devsisters Corp., so there is a category of thing I simply have no access to:
- Anything to do with your Cookie Run: Kingdom account — lost progress, a ban, a transfer, or logging back in.
- Purchases, refunds, missing crystals, or anything else you paid Devsisters for.
- Coupon codes that the game rejects. The Kingdom Codes page tracks which are live, but the codes are Devsisters' to issue and to expire.
- Reporting another player, or anything that happens inside the game itself.
All of that has to go to Devsisters' own player support, through the game's in-app help menu. I am not able to look anything up on their side, and I would rather say so than leave you waiting on a reply that cannot help.
Before you write
About The Cookie Book covers who runs the site, where its data comes from and how it pays for itself. The privacy policy covers what is collected, by whom, and how to switch it off. Between them they answer most of what arrives in my inbox — but if they do not answer yours, please do write.
