Ep. 12, A Sun That Shines Eternal, continues the Mortal Flames, Eternal Change chapter. Golden Cheese Cookie ventures deep into Burning Spice Cookie's subconscious to confront the past he has long refused to face, hoping to free him from its grip and restore the Golden City to its former glory. From "Silent Outcry" the Flame of Annihilation episode effect applies and the Seed of Change Tactical Skill becomes available; from "The Pulse of Change" the Flame of Mortality episode effect applies.
Episode Effect: Flame of Annihilation
- Starting from "Silent Outcry," the Flame of Annihilation episode effect applies.
- Enemies periodically gain stacking Flame of Annihilation buffs, increasing ATK SPD. When attacking, they consume a stack to inflict Max HP and DMG Dealt debuffs.
- Burning Spice Cookie and Rajapendra Cookie gain an ATK buff instead of the debuff.
- Mogra Cookie gains greatly increased ATK and DMG Dampening.
Episode Effect: Flame of Mortality
- Starting from "The Pulse of Change," the Flame of Mortality episode effect applies.
- Enemies periodically gain stacking Flame of Mortality buffs, increasing DMG Dampening.
- When attacking, they consume a stack to reduce the target's Max HP and DMG dealt, while inflicting bonus Burn damage. Whenever all stacks are consumed, they recover HP.
- Burning Spice Cookie and Rajapendra Cookie gain an ATK buff instead of the debuff.
- Mogra Cookie gains greatly increased ATK and DMG Dampening.
Tactical Skill: Seed of Change
- Starting from "Silent Outcry", the Seed of Change Tactical Skill becomes available.
- The Seed of Change blooms, cleansing all Flame of Annihilation/Flame of Mortality debuffs from allies and restoring their HP.
- It charges whenever every stack of Flame of Annihilation/Flame of Mortality on an enemy expires, or when an enemy becomes Incapacitated. If Mogra Cookie is on the team, the charge rate increases significantly.
