Episode Effect: Flame of Annihilation
Starting from "Faint Scent of Jasmine," the Flame of Annihilation Land Rule applies.
Enemies periodically gain stacking Flame of Annihilation buffs, increasing ATK SPD.
When attacking, they consume a stack to inflict Max HP and DMG Dealt debuffs.
Burning Spice Cookie and Rajapendra Cookie gain ATK Up instead of the debuff.
Mogra Cookie gains greatly increased ATK and DMG Dampening.
Tactical Skill: Seed of Change
Starting from "Faint Scent of Jasmine", the Seed of Change Tactical Skill becomes available.
The Seed of Change blooms, cleansing all Flame of Annihilation debuffs from allies and restoring their HP. The Seed of Change charges whenever every stack of Flame of Annihilation on an enemy expires, or when an enemy becomes Incapacitated. If Mogra Cookie is on the team, the charge rate increases significantly.
[BEAST] Rajapendra Cookie of Mortality
Charge Cookie
Rajapendra Cookie of Mortality, the Cookie of Destruction who believes all radiant Change must end in Mortality, has arrived in CookieRun: Kingdom!
Rajapendra Cookie is a Charge Cookie who uses the skill "Fire Centipede."
Rajapendra Cookie, having grasped the true Nature of Destruction, begins a Rampage, dealing damage to nearby enemies and granting Rampaging Power to allies. He then summons a giant Fire Centipede, which unleashes searing flames on all enemies, inflicting Burn and dealing continuous damage. It then burrows into the ground to deal heavy damage and applies the Brand of Mortality to all enemy Cookies. The Brand of Mortality is even applied to Cookies that are currently untargetable.
At the start of battle, gains the Rampage of Change buff for himself, and inflicts the Spice of Mortality debuff to the Cookie with the highest Max HP in the front row. The Spice of Mortality cannot be removed until that Cookie is defeated in battle. If there is no Cookie assigned to the front row, the debuff will be applied to a Cookie in the middle row instead; if there is no Cookie assigned to the middle row, the debuff will be applied to a Cookie with the highest Max HP in the rear row.
The Spice of Mortality deals increasing damage over time. Once the affected target is fully defeated, the Spice of Mortality is transferred to the nearest enemy, carrying over its increased damage and existing Injury. The Spice of Mortality is never applied to Rajapendra Cookie, unless Rajapendra Cookie is the only Cookie remaining.
Rajapendra Cookie gains Excess Abundance whenever a Cookie affected by the Spice of Mortality uses a skill, or after a set amount of time passes. Upon reaching max stacks of Excess Abundance, he gains Inviolable Will.
[EPIC] Mogra Cookie
Healing Cookie
Mogra Cookie, a wandering storyteller followed by the fragrance of jasmine, has arrived in CookieRun: Kingdom!
Mogra Cookie is a Healing Cookie who uses the skill "Storytelling".
Heals with basic attacks and periodically gains stacks of Story Records. This Healing is unaffected by ATK SPD changes. Upon skill use, opens a scroll to heal all allies over time, grant them HP Shields and DMG Resist, and grant Burning Spice Cookie a greater DMG Resist buff. Then consumes all stacks of Story Records to Stun enemies and spread the Story to ally Cookies. The Story's effects increase based on the number of Story Records stacks consumed. At max stacks, also grants an All-type CRIT DMG buff. At the start of battle, Mogra Cookie gains Storyteller's Wisdom.

Mirror Toppings
New Item
New items added: Mirror Toppings can copy bonus effects from other Toppings you own.
What Are Mirror Toppings?
Mirror Toppings are special Toppings that copy a Topping's bonus effects and values.
Mirror Toppings can only copy Toppings of the same rarity. Epic Mirror Toppings have been added in this update. Only Epic Toppings upgraded to +12 can be selected for copying.
Original Toppings are not consumed and remain intact after copying.
Copied Mirror Toppings display a special icon and cannot be broken down.
Removing the original Topping later will not affect the copied Mirror Topping.
Minimum Bonus Effect Values
When copying a Topping with a Mirror Topping, Bonus Effect values below the set minimum will use the Minimum Copy Value. Example: if the original Topping's ATK is 1.0% and the Min. Copy Value is 2.0%, the Mirror Topping will receive ATK 2.0%.
Effects using the Minimum Copy Value are shown in a different color on the preview screen.
Check each bonus effect's Minimum Copy Value by tapping Minimum Bonus Effects Copied or the completed Mirror Topping icon.
Re-Copying
If copy attempts remain, the Mirror Topping can copy another Topping.
Copying again replaces existing bonus effects with those of the selected Topping.
The Copy button is disabled when all Copy Attempts are used.
Copy Target Limits
An original Topping can be copied to only one Mirror Topping at a time. Original Toppings already copied to another Mirror Topping will not appear in the target list.
Copying another Topping to that Mirror Topping unlocks the previous original Topping, allowing it to be copied to another Mirror Topping.
Topping List
Mirror Toppings not yet duplicated appear first in Toppings, regardless of sorting.
Duplicated Mirror Toppings with copies remaining are also prioritized in Toppings.
These Mirror Toppings are sorted by the number of copies remaining, highest first.
Bonus effect filters sort Toppings by the selected bonus effects.
